BOOKING POLICY

Booking Policy – Tate’s Bartending & Catering Services
​
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!!!
1. Deposit Requirement
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Remaining balances are due 24 hours before the event unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Methods - We accept Zelle, Cash and Debit/Credit payments.
Full payment must be received prior to services being rendered.

3. Cancellation Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If the client cancels within a 7 days of the event, the remaining balance is still required.

• If the event is rescheduled, the deposit may be transferred one time to a new date
(SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY).

4. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing all alcohol. 

• Adequate working space
• For outdoor events, proper weather accommodations must be provided.

5. Staff Safety
- If at any point staff feels unsafe due to guest behavior, violence, or the environment, service may be paused or ended without refund.

6. Travel Fees
- Events outside of the standard service area may incur a travel fee, quoted at the time of booking.
​
7. Breakage/Loss
- The client is responsible for any damage to provided equipment, décor, or barware during the event.
​
8. Final Guest Count
- Final guest count must be provided 7 days before the event to ensure proper staffing and supplies.
1- 25 PATRONS: $65/HR
25 - 50 PATRONS: $75/HR
50 - 75 PATRONS: $90/HR
75 -100 PATRONS: $105/HR
100 -125 PATRONS: $120/HR
125 -150 PATRONS: $135/HR
150 -175 PATRONS: $150/HR
175 - 200 PATRONS: $165/HR
